Introlab, a new professional networking platform, came to GLA sought a better way to communicate the breadth and value of the new, emerging career-based social platform while striving to level the playing field eager young adults entering the workforce.
As Introlab prepared for its launch online, it needed a more cohesive brand to solidify its public message to potential members and consultants. In order to showcase the career-based platform as a high-quality resource, Introlab required a new website with a more modern look and feel. The company also sought to improve communication and digital accessibility for its key audiences, including founders, career-seekers, and executives looking for recruitment tools.
GLA updated the Introlab brand to convey the depth and breadth of its assets as well as the nation-wide scale of senior-level executives eager to help members master the skills they need to prepare for the jobs of tomorrow.
To improve the accessibility of information for each key audience, we developed the website using a fully responsive design. The powerful, yet easy-to-use user interface supports the firms data-driven business. We created a new brand narrative that articulated the company’s purpose, vision, and mission, and a guide to both leadership, prospective employment candidates, and rank-and-file employees across the world.
